Take advantage of on-demand content for all levels. The MichLWellness membership page includes workouts suited for beginners to advanced. The workout library also contains express workouts for when you’re pressed for time or want to mix and match to create your own workout flow. All workouts can be done with minimal equipment but are provided with a level up option.

MichLWellness workouts are based on a foundation of low impact, barre inspired strength training. The workouts are meant to be gentle on your joints while challenging your muscles with a low and slow burn. All classes provide modifications for different fitness levels, and you’re encouraged to go at your own pace, but not to give up. Remember, you are stronger than you think!
