28 Day Health Challenge

Happy February everyone! Everyone set their New Years resolutions last month- but have you been able to keep them up? If you’re looking for a healthy helping hand, try the 28 day WANTactive challenge with me! Make a few small changes for the next 28 days and feel all the better for it heading into Spring!

So what’s the challenge?

  • No gluten
  • No dairy
  • No refined sugar
