Each day, you will have the option of a fitness, nutrition or wellness activity you can add into your day. Choose, 1, 2 or 3 of these activities, for 14 days, and see how you feel once it’s done!
The goal: the begin adding more of the pillars into your life in a fun and manageable way. Yes, I’m calling it a challenge, but the goal is more to create new habits in your life that ultimately help to foster more regular healthy habits.
