FITNESS

Michelle is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor specializing in low impact, high burn workouts. The MichLWellness membership provides access to a library of on demand workout content, for all fitness levels. Members will also have access to live Zoom workouts

If you’re looking for something a little more personalized, virtual one-on-one personal training and private group fitness classes are also available. Take classes from the comfort of your own home, and get the individualized attention you need, or be part of something bigger and enjoy the energy of a group Zoom class.

NUTRITION

This pillar for me is about knowledge and discovery, not deprivation. Everyone is built differently, and once you find the foods that serve you, you’ll be able to achieve your health goals. Food should be whole, nutritious and delicious. The MichLWellness memberships come with tips and tricks, recipes and sample meal plans to help you with this pillar of your health journey. You also have full access to the MichLWellness blog with a full assortment of tools to get you started.

WELLNESS

It’s been shown, especially in recent years, how important it is to not only address your physical health, but your mental one as well. Health issues manifest in the body due to underlying stress and anxiety, and can cause a host of illnesses, aches and pains. These are harder to diagnose because most solutions involve prescribing a pill to treat the symptoms instead of digging deep to treat the cause.  The MichLWellness program provides guidance and activities to help focus your mind, and nurture your soul.

Know you want to start your health and wellness journey, but not sure where to start? I can help you. I offer health coaching services which are a 1:1 way to identify your goals, work through an action plan, and have the support you need along the way to achieving them. Health coaching services address both your primary health and your secondary health, in order to create the 365 MichLWellness approach. Community 

MichLWellness is not just a place to share health and wellness tips, but it’s also a place for people to come together and support each other’s journey.
